Senior Internet Engineer
Description
Have a passion for sports that equals your passion for technology? Looking to make a big impact with a small, dynamic team? Atomic Moguls is looking for an experienced senior engineer to help us build the next generation of online sports and entertainment products, including fantasy sports games and content on Facebook, My Space and Bebo. We are based in downtown Seattle, right in the heart of Belltown.

The Senior Internet Engineer will be primarily responsible for back-end development of the Atomic Moguls platform. This includes designing and implementing the back-end architecture with object-oriented application and database layers. You will be working on the leading edge of distributed applications with some of the leading content and social networking sites on the Internet. The evolving Atomic Moguls software platform will allow you to solve real-world problems of distributed content, performance, and flexible software design, while building high-profile and entertaining applications. Your ideas and insights will go a long way toward driving innovations in our software and products.

Requirements

+ 4-6 years object-oriented programming experience (Java, C++, etc);
+ Experience with large scale database-driven applications;
+ Extensive SQL development experience;
+ Experience developing web-based products and applications;
+ Software development and release experience;
+ Computer science or related degree;
+ Ability to participate in technical requirements gathering and documentation processes;
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
+ Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines;
+ Interest in sports and pop culture a plus.
